A café digital menu has different structural requirements from a restaurant menu. Cafés have more options, more customisation, faster turnover, and guests who often know exactly what they want before they sit down.
Each beverage item should have: name, base description (2–3 lines), customisation variants (size, milk type, temperature, sweetness level), and price.
Each item can have unlimited variants with individual prices. For a specialty coffee: Small · Regular · Large, each with its own price. For milk type: Dairy (standard) · Oat (+) · Almond (+). These are separate variant lines in WowMenu, each visible to the guest.
When a guest browses the pastry section at 9am, WowMenu's AI surfaces a coffee pairing. When a guest browses specialty coffee at 1pm, the AI recommends a sandwich. When a group of three asks the AI for suggestions, it returns three named combos: Morning Meeting Set, Light Lunch, Full Café Experience — each with quantities and total price.
