Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using any WowMenu service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you (the "Restaurant" or "you") and Hyve AI Labs FZCO ("we", "us", "our"), the company that operates the WowMenu brand, registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If you use WowMenu on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

2. The service

WowMenu lets restaurants:

  • Build, import and publish digital menus opened by QR code, in multiple languages
  • Offer MenuGPT, an AI assistant that recommends dishes from the restaurant's menu
  • Take orders from tables, takeaway codes and order ahead, sent to a kitchen display and to a connected POS
  • Take payments online or at the restaurant, split bills and issue invoices
  • Run loyalty, coupons, campaigns, win-back messages, memberships and events
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, deposits and pre-orders
  • Measure results with reporting and Revenue Impact
  • Manage several branches and team permissions from one account

The features available depend on your plan, as described at wowmenu.me/pricing.

3. Accounts and team access

You must give accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential, for the roles and permissions you give your team, and for all activity under your account. Tell us at once about any unauthorised access.

4. Plans, fees and payment

Plans and trial WowMenu offers paid plans (Menu, Growth, Suite and Enterprise), each starting with a 30-day free trial. Plans are billed monthly or annually, in AED or, where offered, in GBP or another local currency.

Usage-based charges MenuGPT includes a number of sessions per month on each plan, with extra blocks available. Messages sent by SMS, email or WhatsApp are charged per channel and per recipient, with spending caps and alerts. Current amounts are shown on the pricing page and in the Owner Portal.

No commission on orders WowMenu does not take a commission on orders placed through the platform. Payment processing fees are charged by the payment provider.

Renewal, price changes and cancellation Plans renew automatically until cancelled. We will give 30 days' notice of price changes. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and partial periods are not refunded.

Refunds We do not offer refunds except where required by law or in the case of a material service failure on our part.

5. Your content and AI-generated drafts

You keep ownership of the content you upload, such as dish names, descriptions, photos and prices. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process and display it to provide the service.

Features such as menu import, AI generate, Auto-translate and AI Suggestions produce drafts and suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing them before they reach guests.

The WowMenu platform, software, design and brand belong to Hyve AI Labs FZCO. You may not copy, modify or create derivative works from them.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of your menu, prices, offers, dietary tags and allergen information. Allergen information and kitchen allergy flags are prompts for your team, not guarantees, and your staff should always confirm allergens with guests
  • Your tax settings and invoices. Have your accountant review your setup
  • Guest data you control: telling guests how you use their information, having a legal basis for it, and responding to their requests
  • Marketing: messaging only guests who opted in, and having the consent required before uploading any customer list to an advertising platform
  • Complying with food safety, consumer protection, pricing and other laws that apply to your business

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use WowMenu to publish false, misleading or unlawful content; infringe anyone's rights; send unsolicited messages; access other accounts or data; reverse-engineer the platform; exceed published usage limits; resell the platform without an agreement; or introduce malicious code. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

8. Menu review

We may review menus and content and may decline to publish content that is unlawful, offensive, fraudulent or misleading. Where we decline, we will explain why.

9. Third-party services

Some features rely on third parties, such as payment gateways, POS systems, messaging channels and AI providers. Their availability can vary by country, and their own terms may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.

10. Availability and support

We aim for 99.5% availability for the guest menu and 99% for the Owner Portal, and give 48 hours' notice of planned maintenance. Support response targets depend on your plan. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or profit; for decisions made using AI recommendations, drafts or suggestions; for inaccurate menu, price or allergen information provided by you; or for failures of third-party services. Our total liability in any 12-month period will not exceed the fees you paid us in that period.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Third-party trademarks and comparisons

Our comparison pages name other restaurant technology providers. All product names and trademarks belong to their owners, and their use does not imply any affiliation or endorsement. Information about other providers comes from publicly available sources at the date shown and may change. Brand owners can ask us to correct anything out of date by contacting support@wowmenu.me.

13. Use of this website

The content of wowmenu.me, including text, screenshots, designs and the demo restaurant, belongs to Hyve AI Labs FZCO or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may view it and share links to it, but you may not copy, scrape, republish or reuse it, or use it to build a competing product, without our written permission. Screenshots show a demo restaurant with demo data.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. We encourage you to contact support@wowmenu.me first to resolve any dispute. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC), in English. Either party may seek urgent relief from a competent court.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will give 30 days' notice of material changes by email and in the Owner Portal. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. Questions: support@wowmenu.me.
