Extra tables
Beyond your plan's table limit, each additional table is billed monthly — no forced tier jump.
Extra MenuGPT sessions
Each plan includes a monthly MenuGPT conversation allowance. Beyond that, sessions are billed in blocks of 100.
Extra promotions
Promotions across eight campaign types, with a simulator to model each one before launch. Charged only when a promotion goes live, never when you generate suggestions.
Messages are counted per channel
Promotions and messages are two different things, so they're metered separately. A promotion is a live offer you launch. A message is what it costs to deliver it — and WhatsApp and SMS carry a real per-message cost that email doesn't.
One credit = one recipient, not one campaign. A promotion sent to 500 guests uses 500 credits on that channel.
Bundled generously on every paid plan — sending email costs us very little, so we don't meter it tightly.
Billed per conversation by WhatsApp at rates that vary by country, so your rate is shown for your market before you send.
SMS
Carrier rates differ by destination country, so SMS is metered separately from WhatsApp rather than pooled.
Every meter has a hard cap switched on from day one, with alerts at 50%, 80% and 100% of your allowance. Sending stops at the cap rather than rolling into an invoice you didn't expect. Auto-top-up exists, but you have to turn it on yourself.
Why MenuGPT usage is metered, not unlimited
Every MenuGPT conversation runs on a language model that costs us per request, and there is no way around that. Metering it honestly, with included allowances and transparent overage rates, means light users never subsidise heavy ones. Promotions and messages are metered separately, and every meter has a hard cap and alerts so there are no surprise invoices.

Yes. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial and no card is needed. Use it on your own menu and your own guests, then decide on the numbers: if they add up you keep it, and if they don't you cancel. There are no setup fees and no commission on orders.
Menu covers the digital menu, MenuGPT recommendations, ordering and QR management — everything needed to turn the menu itself into a selling tool. Growth adds guest CRM, loyalty and campaigns so you can bring guests back. Suite expands the guest database, adds reservations, win-back automation and assisted data migration for restaurants running the full guest relationship.
Nothing breaks and nothing is blocked. Extra tables beyond your plan's limit are simply billed at a per-table monthly rate — $3.00/table on the Menu plan, $2.50/table on Growth and Suite — shown clearly on your invoice.
A MenuGPT session is one guest conversation with MenuGPT, WowMenu's AI chatbot, from their first message to the end of that ordering session. A promotion is counted when a campaign goes live. Generating suggestions is never charged.
